Nana Sushi
I'm Nathalie, and sushi has been my passion for the past four years. After training in fish and knife techniques, I gained experience in Japan, where sushi is more than food, it’s an art form, beauty, and respect for ingredients.
In my kitchen, I go beyond the ordinary. Each roll is a creative composition inspired by colors, textures, and tastes. I don’t make standard sushi. I create edible artworks that translate my creativity into a unique culinary experience with passion and imagination.
